SUPREA PHILS. DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION started, established, accredited and registered on February 16, 2016 by Security Exchange Commission (SEC) with Registration No. CS201633171. Since then, SUPREA has been consistently one of the top suppliers of Ready Mixed Concrete in Cebu and Cagayan de Oro with satellite plant in Pangdan, Naga, Cebu.

Our top of the line digital Centralized Wet Mixed Concrete Batching Processing Plant has 12,000 bags capacity with four cement silos to ensure ample cement stash to accommodate the emergent needs of Ready Mixed Concrete and is located in Brgy. Labogon, Mandaue City, Cebu.
Our new fully digital wet mixed concrete processing batching plant, with a capacity of 180m³ per hour, is now operational and ready to serve. It is the largest and fastest batching plant in Cebu.

Suprea’s History
Cebu-based Suprea Phils. Development Corporation is a fast growing provider of ready-mixed concrete in Cebu Province and the Northern Mindanao Area.
Suprea Phils. Development Corp. is a Corporation under the Apple one Properties of the umbrella, Venray Group of Companies owned by the tutelage of the Manigsaca’s Familly (Venus & Ray). Suprea Phils. First ventured in the Ready Mixed Batching Plant commercially when they fully taken-over the Geotransport plant in Cagayan de Oro City in Mindanao.
2016
Started business by acquiring a concrete batching plant in Cagayan de Oro with eighteen portable batching plants strategically placed in various locations in Mindanao specifically Cagayan de Oro, Bukidnon and Misamis Oriental engaging with commercial clients
2017
Suprea took commercial operations to Cebu Province beginning with the opening of concrete batching plants in Labogon, Mandaue City and Pangdan in Naga City, Cebu. Its fleet had the strength of twenty-five brand-new transit mixers, two stationary line pumps, and two concrete mobile pumps.
2022
Suprea's third batching plant opened to supply ready-mixed concrete to major government and commercial projects all over Cebu Province.
